I called overhead door after experiencing an issue with my garage door for six years since I bought my home. Four or five out of 10 times I tried to close it. It wouldn’t close. I would always try to close out the app, delete it and reinstall and even plug and unplug the actual unit. I tried on several occasions to realign the sensors to no avail. One call to overhead door and they were able to come out almost immediately. Scott was unbelievably helpful and very knowledgeable about the system installed in my garage. In  just a little over an hour, he had swapped out faulty wires, installed new sensors and reset the speed on the door. Called for yearly maintenance and to replace rubber strip at bottom (chipmunks got in our garage and made nest in car engine costing us almost 4k to repair….check yours and call them) as well as change our code and reprogram our cars and key pad. Jamie came by and fixed my garage door that was dented and had been stuck from moving freely on the tracks after my wife had backed up into the door. He fixed it seamlessly and was very detail oriented. He made sure the garage doors were working perfectly before leaving. Reasonably priced. Extremely professional in his work! I have to say initially there was an issue with the length of time to get these guys out because of a back order ..however I later learned that there was a mixup because the rep they sent out retired after 25 years and dropped the ball .they followed up and sent out a real pro ( Vinny ) and actually called back a week later for a separate issue they sent out Vinny again within 30 min !!!
