You can occasionally get your operator to work by unplugging the unit, waiting 60 seconds, and plugging it back in. However, most operators don’t feature an actual reset button. Unplugging the unit allows the internal computer chip to recycle itself.

Torsion spring replacements are covered by a one-year labor warranty, which starts the same day of service. We warranty cover defects in both material or workmanship. The spring itself has a five-year warranty.

Starting on the date of your service, any garage door part or accessory we’ve replaced is covered for 90 days. Labor is covered for 30 days.
