Ryan and Mark did an absolutely fantastic job installing our two new garage doors and motors. We have an old house and our garage is built into the side of a hill so this was an atypical job, but these guys approached the job with a can-do attitude and a perfectionist’s eye. They did a thorough job and didn’t leave until it was done to the highest standard. Afterward they walked me through how everything worked, showed me an areas that may be a little tricky (just because of the nature of our garage and property), and answered any additional questions I had. I was left feeling completely satisfied and like my money was well spent. Highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Boston!

Superb service experience from the team at Overhead Door, and field service technician Scott Russo, in particular. I called because we recently moved into a house in Duxbury, and both garage door opener mechanisms were functioning intermittently. Scott gave me a call when he was on the way, arrived on time, was super friendly and informative when discussing options, and let me know what I needed, what was nice to have, and what I could do without. He then returned within 48 hours to replace both garage door openers, which now worth perfectly. Pricing was very reasonable, and I highly recommend Scott and Overhead Doors of Boston.

I never post Google reviews but I’m making an exception today because of the outstanding customer service I received when I called this morning and the exceptional service provided by Scott, the technician who fixed the garage door. He was friendly, courteous, and very patient with all of my questions. He fixed the door and then rigorously tested it to make sure everything was okay. These days, it’s very hard to find people with these amazing skills. Both the call center woman with whom I spoke and Scott could give master classes in how to provide exemplary customer service.

Ryan and Mark did an excellent job with the install, the doors are much more secure, safer, and quieter than before. The job site was left clean and they were easy to work with from start to finish!
